Paranoid Park is an indie film made by the producers of Elephant, which is a fantastic movie and a favourite of mine. Anyway, so I watched Paranoid Park hoping for the raw beauty that was illustrated in Elephant. It was raw alright.. but too raw? They spent too much time just watching people walk from place to place. A little too repetitive. It felt disjointed and bland. The only reason I watched it through to the end was because there was some beautiful cinematography and the set was quite lovely. Probably wouldn't recommend it to people with a short attention span.
